You’re redirected back into ubik, already signed in.

Connecting Outlook / Microsoft 365 to ubik

For most people, this is a one-click step.
1

Open Integrations

In ubik, go to Integrations.
2

Click "Connect Outlook"

Start the connection from the Integrations page.
3

Use your Microsoft 365 work account.
4

Review permissions

ubik requests read/organize mail, send on your behalf, calendar, and contacts. Click Accept.
5

Confirm

You’re redirected back to ubik, now showing Connected.
If you instead see “Need admin approval,” your organization’s Microsoft 365 settings require IT to approve new apps before anyone can use them. This is a normal Microsoft setting many companies have turned on, and it only needs to happen once for your whole company — after that, every employee connects with the steps above.

For your IT admin: one-time approval

Covers everyone in your organization. Who needs to do this: someone who specifically holds one of these roles in your Microsoft 365 tenant — Global Administrator, Privileged Role Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Application Administrator. General IT access isn’t enough; it has to be one of these exact roles. Not sure who that is at your company? Check Microsoft Entra admin center → Identity → Roles and administrators.
1

Open a private/incognito browser window

This avoids an existing session interfering with the approval.
2

Sign in with the admin account

Use an account holding one of the roles above.
3

Open the tenant consent link

Replace yourcompany.com with your own company’s Microsoft domain:
4

Review and accept

You’ll see a screen listing exactly what ubik is requesting access to (mail, calendar, contacts, basic sign-in). Review it, then click Accept.
5

Confirm

Landing on ”✅ Consent Granted” means it’s done. Every employee at your company can now connect Outlook with the simple one-click steps above — no further admin action needed.

One more setting worth checking, right after

Go to Microsoft Entra admin center → Identity → Applications → Enterprise applications → search “ubik” → Properties → “Assignment required.”
Nothing further needed — everyone in the tenant can connect.
