**October 15, 2026**

Document Verification, rebuilt

## Document Verification

* One approval surface: every document in a shipment, with its verdict and the reason, in one place.
* A document-by-document workspace for checking each file against the PO.
* Stricter verdicts: a document only passes when every check passes, and errors say what failed.
* A settings dialog with **Access**, so admins choose who can verify and approve.

## CEO Panel

* An ask bar on every view. Type a question to get an answer, or leave a comment for the team.

## Capture

* Pick the report and the day first, then scan.

## Planning

* Planning reports can arrive by email. Percentages in the Excel export are formatted correctly.

## Faster

* Workflow pages load on their own, so the app opens quicker, and saving no longer waits for a full refresh.

Steadier sign-in, CEO Panel v5, packaging containers

## Sign-in

* A slow connection no longer signs you out. ubik waits for the session check instead of treating it as expired.

## CEO Panel

* Data-trust markers show how fresh each number is, plus inventory ageing.
* Clicking a price row shows that item's lines.

## Packaging PO

* Containers are redesigned. Inner and outer packs are separate, closing a container needs a deliberate switch, and you can add notes and filter.

## Production Reconciliation

* Clicking a production date no longer blanks the page, and the screen responds faster.

Instant Packaging Tracker buttons

* Packaging Tracker buttons respond instantly, and only the row you changed refreshes.
* Ask ubik in the iOS and Android apps: dictation works, and the layout stays put while you type.

**October 9, 2026**

Supplier weekly report and previous orders

## Supplier Update

* A **Weekly report** tab with an Excel download.
* Notes on updates that arrive early, and the collection cutoff on every row.
* Ask about any row. The separate Accept step is gone.

## Packaging PO

* The previous order now shows under each line item, so you can check artwork against the last run.

## CEO Panel

* A source that failed now says so, instead of showing "nothing to report".

## Packaging Tracker

* **Why this status**, in plain words, on every task.
* A **Chase** status, and bulk close for tasks that are waiting.
* **Done** lists closed tasks, with **Reopen**.

## Replenishment

* Pick warehouses, customers and products by name.

## CEO Panel

* A visible French / English switch in the panel header.

## Mobile

* Dictation no longer crashes the iOS app.
